It sets out the terms which apply to your use of the Breckland and District Sunday Football League (“the B&DSFL”) website and any part of its content and all materials appearing on the website (“the Website”). The B&DSFL and its suppliers take reasonable precautions to prevent computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs cancelbots, corrupted files or any other items that may damage the operation of computers or property or otherwise engage in computer misuse (“Malicious Programs”) on the Website but cannot accept any liability for them (as set out below). You are advised to take precautions yourself such as the use of suitable protective software.
Access to the Website is provided by public telecommunications networks and other technology for which the B&DSFL have limited control. No guarantee is given by the B&DSFL or its suppliers that the operation of this Website will be uninterrupted or error free.
LIABILITY FOR THE WEBSITE
The B&DSFL and its licensors do not accept any liability for the contents of the Website or for any use of or reliance on it except where the B&DSFL or its licensors have breached a duty imposed by law. (the “Act”). The following sets out what we do and what we do not do with the information we collect using this Website.
